What Love E’er Meant has now joined Nothing Proved in my Regina series, the story of Elizabeth Tudor’s journey from bastard to legend (though true icon status will have to wait until Forever Gloriana, book three…).
After choosing such a significant publication date for Nothing Proved (May 19 – not only Anne Boleyn’s execution but also the day Elizabeth was released from the Tower), I wanted to to anchor this book with another important association: Elizabeth’s birthday.
In that decision, I left very little time between cover reveal (which I do once I have a final copy) and publication, so this volume is not launching to the collection of editorial reviews that surrounded Nothing Proved – if you love the book please review it to make up for that!
